Salsa On1, also known as L.A style, is one of the most popular styles of Salsa. The style is dynamic and a lot of fun, it is challenging but we have a structured syllabus that makes it quite easy to learn. The term "On1" comes from the break step in the footwork. The break step is the step in which you change direction, the break step is on the 1 count hence the term "On1".
