Below are answers to some of the Frequently Asked Questions we receive about Urban Salsa classes.

That's okay, we're here to help. We teach Salsa On-1 , Salsa On-2, Cha Cha Cha and Bachata. We offer different levels to suit the different stages of your dancing journey. Whether you're just beginning your journey into Latin dancing, building on the fundamentals or you're at a point where you are honing in on your skills and developing your own style, Urban Salsa has you covered.

We run classes five days a week. You can view the timeslots in our Timetable and Term Dates page or via the Pricing page at the time of signing-up.
- Salsa runs on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday nights.
- Cha Cha Cha runs on Tuesday night.
- Bachata runs on Thursday night.
We run 5-week terms that coincide with the school terms. Click here for the term dates. We recommend that you start from Week 1 or Week 2 at the latest.
Absolutely. To trial a class, submit your request via the Contact Us page including the dance style and level you wish to trial. A trial class is free of charge. Should you wish sign up, term payment can be made at the studio.
Go to the Pricing page for full details on your selected dance style. Our All Styles package is best value for money as you gain access to all styles of dancing at your level - including Salsa On 1, Salsa On 2, Cha Cha Cha and Bachata.
Partners are NOT required, plenty of people come to class on their own. We rotate partners in class as well. This is best for learning the lead and follow. Rotating also ensures everyone gets to dance and it also a great way to meet everyone in class.
Dress casually as you want to be as comfortable for class as possible. Shoes secure on your feet are best, high heels or sandals are not recommended.
