Hatha based yoga that is for every body. These classes focus on alignment, body awareness, breath, and empowering oneself.
No previous experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
Please bring your own mat.
Teacher bio:
Theodora is a former international athlete and trainer who experienced the benefits of yoga not just physically with flexibility and strength, but with healing her body's injuries and changed her mindset and outlook on life.
Theodora teaches a yoga style that brings her years of expertise from the health and fitness industry fused with the knowledge and awareness from holistic health into each class.
