Urban Salsa offers a modern, spacious dance studio for hire in Parramatta, ideal for dance classes, rehearsals, fitness, yoga and wellness sessions, workshops, and small group activities.
The studio provides approximately 156sqm of usable open space excluding the waiting area, with polished floorboards, full-length mirrors, a Bluetooth-enabled speaker, two toilets, a kitchenette and waiting area for convenience.
Studio Hire Rates
- Standard Hire: $75 per hour.
- Personal practice hire: $25 per hour. Strictly for 1–2 persons only. If more than two people are present in the studio, whether participating or not, the standard studio hire rate applies.
- Minimum 1-hour hire applies.
Availability
The studio is generally available during the following times, subject to existing bookings that are not reflected here:
- Monday to Friday: All day until 5:45pm. Last hire must finish by 5:45pm.
- Saturday and Sunday: All day until 4:30pm. Last hire must finish by 4:30pm.
Please note: Due to building rules, pets and animals are not permitted in the studio. We appreciate your understanding.
